This is a 24K memory module for the IPC 620-25 and the IPC 620-35.
The memory module stores the user control program. The green LED on the front of the module is a self-test light, which is illuminated after successful completion of the self-test.

Additional memory modules may be installed in the option slots to increase memory capacity to 32K.
