Low Energy PIU MUX
The Low Energy PIU MUX box is the remote field termination and multiplexing assembly used with the low energy PIU. It consists of a termination board and a multiplexer relay board mounted in a NEMA 4 enclosure. The mux cards can be selected for either thermocouple or RTD input. Up to 16 mux boxes of up to 16 points each can be daisy-chained to a single LE PIU common card file.
Replacement relay and termination cards are available from WPC.
