The 82408667-004 is a PROM-only board for the Multifunction Controller. This card is used in combination with the 82408667-005 (24K) RAM board.

The latest version of the Multifunction Controller use the combined PROM/RAM card 82408667-001, which contains the PROM of this card and RAM of the 24K RAM card on a single card.
