Hiway 1 Board
The 30731817-005 card is the Cable Interface Card (Hiway 1) for the Basic Controller, Extended Controller, and Reserve Controller Directors. This card works along with the Hiway 2 card to provide the Hiway Interface for these devices.
The most recent version of the Hiway 1 card, prior to the introduction of the Universal Controller, is 30731817-006. The newer version of the card has enhancements for handling hardware failures and Hiway communication errors. Because of these improvements, we recommend choosing the -006 version of the Hiway 1 board when ordering a replacement.
This card has 2 BNC connectors for connecting to the Hiway 1 and Hiway 2 cables. It contains no LEDs.
