The 30731829-006 board is a very early version of the solid state memory card for the Basic Controller. The PROM on this card contains the control algorithms used in the Basic Controller.
This very old solid state memory is obsolete, and should not be used for control. Prior to the introduction of the Universal Controller, the latest version of this card was 30750218-010, which supports ST/DC. The 30750218-009 is essentially the same, but without ST/DC support. These cards are still available from Western Process Computers, Inc.
