Display Generator DMA
Located in slot 4 of the Basic Operator Station, the Display Generator DMA Card (DG) controls the flow of data between the Display Generator and memory. This card requests access from the CPU on the data bus and memory holding data. When CPU grants its bus request, the DG gathers data from memory and sends it to the Display Generator Card. When finished, the DG then releases the data bus and memory location, and returns control to the CPU. This board has no jumpers, adjustments, or LEDs.
