This is the latest version of the Hiway 2 board for the Extended Controller and Reserve Extended Controller, before the introduction of the Universal Controller.
The address of the controller is set using a jumper block on the Hiway 2 board. This board monitors computer operation on the 'Time Out Gates.' The board has 1 LED to display the status of the TOG. If the TOG is lit, the TOG has timed out which shows there is no more incoming external data.
