The Diskette Bootstrap Card executes the diskette loader program, and also monitors station voltages.

The diskette loader program resides in ROM on this card. This allows the CPU to run the bootstrap program to start reading from the diskette.

The card also contains three voltage monitoring circuits, which cause the station to shut down if any voltage goes below a threshold level.

WPC performs the +5 volt monitor circuit adjustment prior to shipping this card. The user should also perform this adjustment when the card is placed in service.

Jumper ABC - keyboard interrupts

A - C: Normal, Keyboard interrupts through keyboard interface card.

A - B: Not used, keyboard knterrupts through the bootstrap card.

Adjustments: Adjust +5 volt monitor to issue a master clear at +4.85 volts.
