This is the round-robin version of the logic board for the Preferred Access Expander.
When the traffic load is high on a Hiway Gateway, the original PAE logic board could display a bias toward the HG as a preferred device, and the other preferred devices could see substantial delay in responses to Hiway access requests. This round-robin version of the PAE logic board was designed to reduce this potential bottleneck.
