The Honeywell 51305055-100 is the Communication Control Processor (CCP) I/O for the Honeywell Communication Link Module.

The Communication Link Module (CLM) is a Honeywell product developed to effectively interface third-party devices with the TotalPlant Solution (TPS) system with TPS look and feel. The CLM is capable of interfacing systems, devices, and networks of devices to the LCN in order to provide both operators and applications with access to data in devices that may not otherwise be connectable to the LCN.

The CLM runs under a modified Application Module (AM) software personality. The hardware is similar to AM hardware, contained in a standard TPN Five-Slot or dual-node equipment module that supports the Local Control Network (LCN). In the CLM, the following boards and their appropriate input /output (I/O) boards are used to provide serial communication ports to RS-232 and RS-485 devices.
