Honeywell 51401052-100 is the Smart Peripheral Controller (SPC) card for the History Module. This card provides the SCSI controller function for the History Module Wren drives.
For installations running at LCN Rel 500 or newer, with 875 or 1.8GB History Module drives, the firmware on the SPC card must be Rev G or better. If the new Dual Logical drives are to be used, the firmware on 51401052-100 must be Rev J or later. (Rev H will work but performance can be degraded.)
The I/O card associated with this SPC board is the SPC II I/O (51304907-100) paddle board for WDA History Modules, or SPC I/O (51304156-100) paddle boards for earlier non-WDA History Modules.
