This is the voltage regulator card for the Multifunction Controller Common Card File, the MC Reserve Controller Director,
and the MC Reserve Controller Memory file.

This regulator is equivalent to the 30731808-001 and 30731808-003 regulator, and may be used interchangeably wherever these
regulators are normally used (per Honeywell CRM PD 01 A02(H)).

This card receives 24 Vdc from the main power supply, and supplies +5 Vdc and +/-12 Vdc to the backplane.

Board contains 2 LEDs,
LD1 - +24Vdc present on backplane
LD2 - all voltage present
