This 30731808-004 card is the power regulator used in the Used in RCD, RCDII, and URCD

The regulator card receives +24V from the backplane, and regulates it to +5V and ?12V output. If a regulated voltage faults, the card communicates the fault to other boards in the file. Test sockets are provided on the front of the card for fault detection and calibration. Early versions of this card contain 3 removeable fuses; new version hold 2.

WPC installs new electrolytic capacitors on the 30731808-004 regulator, as shown.

Honeywell replaced this regulator with the 51196989-100 Universal Regulator when the Universal Controller was introduced.
