Universal Regulator
The 51196989-100 Universal Regulator replaces the original regulator in all Hiway boxes except the LL PIU Point Card File (PXRP11).
The Universal Regulator is configured by moving the switch S3, and setting the jumper at W1 for the appropriate Hiway box.
