This is an early version of the Hiway 2 board for the Extended Controller and Reserve Extended Controller. The current version of the EC Hiway 2 board is the 30750338-004.
The Hiway 2 board monitors computer operation on the 'Time Out Gates.' The EC Hiway address is set using jumpers on this board. The board contains two TOG, and Hiway address. Board contains 1 LED to display the status of the TOG. If the TOG is lit, the TOG has timed out, which shows there is no more incomming external data.
